This is not a typical hentai book.  It's Kaoru/Hikaru/Haruhi for sure, but it's not very graphic while you can definitely tell what they're doing..  Basically the twins seduce Haruhi and have their way with her..   I really like the cover art for this one, but I feel the inside art is a bit substandard.

Very slashy Ouran book.  Not terribly graphic, but definitely yaoi.  The only one not getting sexy in this book is Haruhi.  The style and quality is pretty good.
